Nursing and Rehabilitation at the Mansion is a short-term rehabilitation and long-term care facility located in Sunbury, PA. The Mansion offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as well as long-term care services.

Charles Pagana, MD

Dr. Pagana is a graduate of Medicine from Notre Dame University and has been a physician for over 25 years. He has been the Medical Director at The Mansion for over 15 years. Dr. Pagana has 4 children; two of which are also physicians working together in the same medical practice.


My mother and father have been living at the Mansion for the past four years. The experience has been nothing but a pleasure. The staff provides the most caring care one would ever want for their loved ones.
